Before a product will be produced, Technical and Quality Department will establish, raw production regulations, check and accept standards for raw material, quality standards for finished product and the measure of quality control.Our raw material should be supplied by the suppliers who are examined and verified. We will do exhaustive investigations into source and grow condition at the raw material and prevent them from pollution of heavy metal and agricultural chemical. 
Herbals in the warehouse will pile in different area according to their situation like: Pending, Permitted, or Decline. 
 The materials¡¯ name, batch number, origin, quantity, status and other information relatively will be labeled on each packet. 
Only the raw materials go through the acceptance check and considered qualified should be put into use.  
The raw material must be made to exacting standard through some operations like working off the impurities, cleaning, drying, precutting¡­etc before putting them into production. 
The status (in producing, cleaned or under maintaining) of every equipments should be showed clearly; in case ¡°in production¡±, the item name, batch number, production date, the operators name and so on will be labeled on the equipments. 
The whole extract process effect in hermetic containers and pipes.The paste-like extract formed in the hermetic pipes will be spray dried and then being smashed, sieved, mixed and packed in the clean zone of class 100000. The micro bacteria level will be controlled through the fine facilities and process.Products passed examination, will be marked with product name, batch number, quantity etc,  and be deposited in the qualified area waiting for shipment.Products failed on examination should be marked separately, and deposited in the unqualified area. Investigation will be done by Department and Technical & Quality Department to find the reason, when decision will be made like destroy the inferior batch, re-process, and or improve the manufacture process, etc¡­The transportations will be done by qualified carriers by suitable traffic tools and method.Marketing & Service Department will pay regular visits to customers, or call on them regularly, and ask them for feedback. Any quality complaint will be feedback to Manufacturing Department and Technical & Quality Department, and then, following handle ways will be made according to each situation: 
(1)     To supply an explanatory key for customers¡¯ technical question. 
(2)     To recall products. 
(3)     To improve the technology, quality control, and something like that. And to report these latest news to customers at the first time.
